Media Film Access was built around a simple observation: the footage that editorial teams actually needed wasn’t being delivered.
Television networks, digital publishers, and international news agencies weren’t short on red carpet interviews. What they needed was something harder to find, raw, uncompromised, high-resolution B-roll. The wide shot of a talent arrival. The fashion moment captured in motion. The keynote speaker is commanding a room full of thousands. The kind of visual material that lets a production team build their own story, in their own voice, without being handed someone else’s edit.
So we built a media outlet around exactly that.
Operating on credentialed press lines and media pens across Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Media Film Access covers the events that drive the global entertainment and industry conversation. Celebrity red carpets, major film premieres, high-profile trade shows, corporate keynotes, we are positioned at the front of the press line so our partners don’t have to be.
Every frame we deliver is captured natively in 4K, processed for immediate editorial use, and made available for licensing to broadcast and digital teams worldwide.
The footage we capture in Los Angeles and Las Vegas ends up in editorial workflows around the world.
We actively work with international news agencies, production houses, and digital publishers to ensure our visual assets are accessible, properly formatted, and ready for media teams operating across every major market. When a story breaks on a red carpet or a trade show floor, our archive is already working.
All footage captured by Media Film Access is shot from credentialed press lines and designated media areas at permitted events. Under standard editorial and journalistic guidelines, individuals appearing in these press-designated spaces do not require individual consent for their footage to be licensed for editorial use.
That said, we recognize that talent teams, publicists, and public relations firms sometimes have strategic needs that go beyond the standard framework. For that reason, we offer two formal content management options for individuals featured in our archive or their official representation.
For a designated administrative fee, a specific asset can be permanently unlisted from our public-facing platforms, including our YouTube archive. The footage will be moved to our private internal vault, where it remains available only for select editorial licensing on a case-by-case basis. It will not appear in public search results or be promoted through our standard syndication channels.
For those seeking complete removal, an Exclusive Buyout Agreement can be executed. This option transfers full rights to the asset and ensures its permanent deletion from our active archive and full withdrawal from the licensing market. Once completed, the asset will not be licensed, distributed, or retained in any active capacity.
All content management and buyout requests are reviewed and fulfilled strictly at the discretion of the Media Film Access editorial team.
